"Works alright, though I’m not totally sure I’d call it smooth"
It feeds okay most of the time, I guess. I did run into a few little hang-ups here and there, so maybe I was expecting too much, but it’s not quite as smooth as I hoped. That said, it’s not terrible and it does the job well enough for now.

I already had a feeling the return would be straightforward, it was. The warranty support was solid and handled things without much hassle. Pretty much confirmed my impression that they’re decent to deal with when something goes wrong.

"Wish I’d Ordered Sooner"
I ordered from promagindustries.com i kind of regret putting it off for so long. The site was easy to get around, I found what I needed quickly, and checkout went through without any hassle. I got the confirmation email right away too, which was nice. No weird steps or confusion. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Still hasn’t failed on me"
I’ve been using this for a while now and, it just works every single time. No weird issues, no random failures, no frustrating setup problems. My only complaint is that I really don’t have anything to complain about. Seriously, nothing. It keeps doing what it’s supposed to do, and I keep waiting for something to go wrong, but so far, no complaints at all.

"Decent deal, no fuss"
I ordered from Pro Mag Industries and, it was a fair price for what I got. I don’t have much patience for overpriced junk or a bunch of hassle, so I was glad this was straightforward. Nothing fancy, but it worked like it was supposed to. Shipping was fine too. I’d order again if I needed more.

"Solid rack that feels built to last"
I picked up one of their racks a few weeks ago, and right away it felt sturdy. The metal has a nice weight to it, the welds look clean, and nothing wobbles, so it gives me a lot of confidence using it.

After using it for a bit, it still looks basically new. Since the build quality feels this solid, I’m not really worried about it wearing out anytime soon. Happy with it overall.
